Why did the customer contact us?

Tom called because he had no air conditioning and realized the culprit was that the indoor fan motor was not working.

Solutions provided:

During our diagnostic, we identified a faulty variable speed fan motor and a very dirty blower housing - likely construction dust. We recommended replacement of the motor and cleaning the blower housing as it must be removed to replace the motor, essentially a two-for-one.

We completed the repairs with approval, tested the system and returned it to service.
