Philip reached out to become a maintenance client once his contract with another company ended.

Solutions provided:

We performed our first maintenance on the dual fuel system - a system that has the benefits of both a heat pump and a gas / oil furnace. We found the system to be low on refrigerant and used an ultrasonic leak detector to identify a failing evaporator coil. We confirmed the coil is under warranty and are working with Philip to make the final repairs.

Returned to install new coil.
