Julien is a new client. He secured our services to provide twice yearly maintenance on his system.

On our first visit, we take a thorough look at the system making sure all low and line voltage connections are correct and secure. As it was quite cold, we only cleaned the indoor coil on this visit and verified proper heating function in both the heat pump mode and with auxiliary heat. We made sure the system is properly charged and that all refrigerant pressures and amperage draws are within expected norms and manufacturer specifications.
