Zephyr Environmental Solutions started in Charlottesville over 10 years ago to deliver a more dependable experience in heating and cooling, where the plan is clear and the work is done carefully. We’re not franchise-driven or personality-driven, we’re process-driven, with a focus on diagnosing accurately, explaining options, and following through.
Homeowners call us for comfort and efficiency, and builders and GCs rely on us for testing and documentation. From older homes near Downtown Charlottesville to modern builds across Albemarle County and beyond, we understand the local climate and the system issues it can expose.

We want to remove the “con” from contractor. We work for and partner with our Clients to identify solutions to their concerns. Our role is not to sell anything but to apply our specialist knowledge and skills so that our clients can decide the best course of action for their homes and families.
We are a problem-solving company. We provide options when possible and direct answers always. We outline multiple courses of action and share our opinion – based on experience and preference – when relevant to our Clients.
