These Terms cover the Website only. HVAC services we perform for you are governed by the estimate, work order, or service contract you sign with us.


ESTIMATES AND WEBSITE INFORMATION

Our Website describes our HVAC services and lets you request an estimate or consultation. Descriptions, pricing, promotions, and availability on the Website are for general information only and may change without notice. A request you submit through the Website is not a binding agreement. Pricing is confirmed only in a written estimate or service contract from Zephyr.

Nothing on the Website is professional advice about your specific system or property. For that, schedule a visit so one of our technicians can assess it.


AI ASSISTANT

Our website chat, voice assistant, and phone line may be answered by an AI assistant. Responses from the AI assistant are provided for convenience and may not always be complete or accurate. Appointments, estimates, and pricing are final only once Zephyr confirms them. Conversations may be recorded and transcribed as described in our Privacy Policy. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Zephyr and/or its licensors own the content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and images. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not use our name, logo, or content for any other purpose without our written permission.

FINANCING

If you apply for financing through the Website, your application is handled by Synchrony Bank, N.A. and is subject to its terms and privacy policy. Zephyr does not make credit decisions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zephyr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. Liability related to services we perform is governed by your service contract.


CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. If you continue to use the Website after a change, you accept the updated Terms.


GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.


SMS TERMS

By providing your mobile number and checking the opt-in box on our forms, you agree to receive SMS/MMS text messages from Zephyr Environmental Solutions. These messages cover your inquiries, estimates, appointments, and service updates. You will receive promotional messages only if you opt in to them separately.


Message frequency: up to 5 service-related messages per inquiry or transaction. If you opt in to marketing messages, you will receive no more than 4 promotional messages per month.


Message and data rates may apply.
