Why did the customer contact us?

To remove and replace outdoor units as part of the removal and remediation of an old underground oil tank.

Solutions provided:

We recovered the existing refrigerant, disconnected the electrical and refrigerant systems and made them safe for the project and then removed two outdoor units so that Pollard could dig a 15 foot pit and remove an underground oil tank and remediate the site.

We returned after Pollard's work was complete to reinstall the outdoor units and return them to service.
