Why did the customer contact us?

Matt first contacted us to become a maintenance client once his current with another company expired. But this call was for a unit not cooling during this early fall warm weather.

Solutions provided:

We arrived on site to find the system as described, not cooling. On inspection we found the indoor gas furnace working normally but the outdoor unit running constantly, even with no call for operation from the thermostat. We found a fused contactor that energized the circuit at all times. Client became a maintenance client so we peformed full heating safety and performance maintenance on both systems. We will return in the spring for a complete cooling maintenance to clean the dirty coils.
