    Jesse came out to perform a load calculation on my finished attic that is not staying as cool as the rest of the house. From the first minute, it seemed as though Jesse was a trusted friend who was advising me instead of trying to sell me something. We looked at all parts of the HVAC system and he gave tips, tricks and advice along the way. He even gave helpful recommendations about other things he noticed in the home that aren't even part of the HVAC system.

    If you've ever watched This Old House, it might resonate with you when I say that Jesse is the local Charlottesville area's Richard Trethewey.
