Tom reached out to schedule a fall system tune-up and became a maintenance client.

Solutions provided:

We performed our heating season safety, operational and performance checks. We found a dirty indoor coil and dirty air filters - cleaning those resulted in lowering the static pressure from over 1 inches of water column to .6. Static pressure is similar to blood pressure in that it gives us insight into how hard the indoor fan motor is working. We also identified baseline conditions for several other items that we will monitor in future visits.
