Verified static pressures as customer in the past had his system converted from single zone to a 3 zone system. Found the system to be very dirty inside the Air Handler on the insulation walls and the blower wheel. The blower wheel is responsible for moving all the air through the duct system and across the coil. Dirt on the blower fins reduces the amount of air the wheel moves. It also can throw the wheel out of balance, causing premature wearing on the motor bearings.
